Dr. Katherine Pak, a native of North Carolina, was born in the city of Wilson and raised in High Point prior to moving to Charlotte in 2003 to marry her college sweetheart. Dr. Pak is a proud mom of a two wonderful children, Xander and Lauren. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, having majored in English and minored in Chemistry. She was awarded the Dr. Raymond Rucker Scholarship for scholastic achievement at Creighton University School of Dentistry where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and was on the dean’s list. Dr. Pak is a member of the North Carolina Dental Society, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, South Charlotte Study Club and the Seattle Study Club. In her continuing strive for comprehensive dentistry and continuing education, Dr. Pak attended and graduated from the prestigious Pankey Institute, a post-graduate education program for practicing dentists, and continues to research with an open mind and a caring heart to find the utmost care for her patients. In her spare time, she volunteers for the North Carolina Baptist Men's Dental bus, a program designed to meet the needs of the ongoing population who cannot afford quality care dentistry, and loves to spend time with her family and friends and traveling.

Dr. Elaine McNeight is the newest addition to Ayrsley Family Dentistry; however, she and Dr. Pak have been friends and colleagues since they both began dental school in 1999. Upon graduation, Dr. McNeight joined the US Navy and began her service with a one year post-doctoral education program in Florida, earning the American Dental Association certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry. She then moved to San Diego, CA where she was the dental officer aboard the USS RONALD REAGAN and provided superior care to over 5000 sailors during her 2 yrs on the aircraft carrier. She continued her military service at the Naval Amphibious Base in Coronado, CA for two more years before leaving to Charlotte, NC. In Charlotte, she continues her affiliation with the Navy Reserves and recently deployed to Haiti to provide humanitarian dental services following the devastating earthquake in 2009. Dr. McNeight is proud to call Charlotte home and is happy to be developing lasting relationships in the community. She is a member of the NC Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2008, she earned the prestigious fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, completing 500 hours of dental continuing education. She continues her dedication in providing the most current comprehensive dental care with her memberships in both South Charlotte Dental Club as well as the Seattle Study Club.

Tammy is our talented office manager and an incredible multi-tasker. She makes sure everything in the office is running smoothly and that our patients are happy and satisfied with their service. She will be the person to contact when you have any issues with your service or have any questions about our office. Tammy has 14 plus years of dental experience working hands-on as a dental assistant and front desk receptionist. She is a mother of two beautiful girls and enjoys her free time going to church, making fantastic Southern-styled meals, volunteering for children in need and spending time with her family and friends.
